Professional can now be used On-Demand. Saving
you the time and effort of installing and setup
up QaTraq locally our On-Demand service couldn't
be simpler to sign up to.
Sign up for either our Free 30 day trial or for the full QaTraq Professional
On-Demand package. Either way you need not commit
until
you have had 30 days evaluating QaTraq Professional.
Once the evaluation
period ends either sign up for our full hosted
version or download and install locally.

Accounts
We charge for our On-demand service based on the number of users you will have
using QaTraq on a monthly basis. For the Free
trial you will only be able to define one user
but you can contact us at any stage of your
trial to upgrade to the full On-Demand service.
100Mb
Disk Space
For
each user that you sign up to the On-Demand
service you will get 100MB of disk space allocated.
So if you sign up 3 users you will get 300MB
of disk storage space allocated to your whole
team.
Additional
Disk Space
If you need more disk space just contact us and we'll increase the limit
for you. You will get a warning as you approach your disk space limit. Extra disk
space is charged at $10 per month per 100Mb.
Attachments
When you sign up for the full On-Demand service we provide you with the
ability to upload any type of attachment to our QaTraq servers.
If you think now is the time to centralise all your test results, test
logs and test data then QaTraq On-Demand gives you that crucial opportunity.
Import
/ Export
With the full QaTraq Professional On-Demand service we give you the capability
to Import and Export test cases in both XLS and XML formats. The ideal
solution to importing already created test cases and scripts if you have
them defined in Excel.
SSL
Security
 With
SSL we can assure you that your data, sent between
your clients and our server, is encrypted to
industry standards. We employ the services of
Thawte, one of the top certification authorities,
to ensure that your data is kept from prying
eyes.
Support
We
provide three levels of support to our clients.
Firstly for those of you using the trial we provide
a Provisional support service. We'll do our best
to resolve any issue or questions you might have
but our priority will always be our Full On-Demand
customers. Secondly we provide a basic 24hr response
time to support requests or, for our highest
support service, we provide a Priority response

Day Free Trial
Whichever option you chose (Free trial or Full On-Demand service) you
will get 30 days free. When you get to the end of the 30 day trial period
you can either upgrade to the full service or cancel your service....the
choice is entirely yours!

The
On-Demand Trial
The
full On-demand service costs just $25 per User per month, and includes a 30 day free trial. If at any
time you decide you wish to cancel
your On-Demand service then you are
free to do so and you will not be charged
again. If
you do sign up for the full On-Demand service
then you will be responsible for charges
already incurred up until your
cancellation.
Refunds can not be issued after your
initial 30 day trial and we don't prorate
for partial months. With a simple sign
up process you can be assured that
you remain in control at all times!
Upgrading from the 30-day free trial
Signing
up for the 30 day free trial restricts some
of the capabilities of QaTraq (like the ability
to upload attachments) but you can at any
time upgrade to the full On-Demand service.
Upgrading to the full On-Demand service means
you will need to start paying your $25 per
month per user subscription fee and gives
you immediate access to all the capabilities
of QaTraq Professional.
Canceling my account
Your On-Demand account can be cancelled when
ever you like. To cancel all you
need to do is contact us or login
to your QaTraq instance and select
the "about" page
where you can select the cancel subscription
option. The On-Demand subscriptions are setup
through PayPal which means you stay
in control!
Pricing Structure
Signing up for the full On-Demand service means we charge you for
each user for each month of use in advance. Each user is charged $25
per month. With this pay-as-you-go service, there are no long term commitments
or contracts
on your part.
Additional storage space, if needed, will be charged at $10 per 100Mb
per month. We charge at the start of each month, so if
you
cancel in that moth you'll be charged for the full
month, but you won't be charged again.
Payment Methods
The subscription service is run by PayPal. PayPal is one of, if not the,
leading online payment system provider. Via
PayPal, we accept American
Express, Master Card and, of course, Visa.
We only accept payments online
for
our
On-Demand
service. We are not be able to invoice you,
accept a P.O., or take an order over the
phone.
Moving from On-Demand to On-Site
If want to start utilizing our service On-Demand and then
need to host a local instance of QaTraq
Professional we will help you migrate your data. We can help make sure that QaTraq Professional is setup/configured locally and then make sure all your data is migrated from our servers to yours successfully. Just contact us to find out more.
